Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellations and refunds policy carefully before booking your place on a course.

1. Cancellations by Participants
Advance Notice

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations Within 14–30 Days
Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
No-Shows
If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Transfers and Rescheduling
You may request to transfer your booking to another course date or location (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 14 days before the course start date.

3. Cancellations, Changes or Rescheduling by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or change the location of a course, participants will be offered the option to transfer their booking to an alternative course date or receive a full refund.

To ensure a positive and interactive group learning experience, antenatal courses require a minimum of two participants to run. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, Seahaven Birth & Baby reserves the right to cancel, postpone, merge, or relocate a course.
Where possible, participants will be offered a place on another suitable course date and/or location. If an alternative course is not available or suitable, a full refund will be provided.
Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible of any changes affecting their booking.
Seahaven Birth & Baby is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a course cancellation, postponement, venue change, or transfer, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, childcare, or loss of earnings.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and release funds.

5. Unplanned Labour
If you unexpectedly give birth before your course begins, you may request a full refund. 
If you have already attended part of the course before giving birth, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the number of sessions attended.
Any refund or transfer under this section may require reasonable proof of birth, such as a birth certificate, hospital discharge documentation, or equivalent evidence.
