Our Classes

Our 5 session course is taught by Katie, our FEDANT Accredited fully qualified antenatal and postnatal teacher. The sessions are fun, informative, relaxed and friendly – a fantastic way to meet other local families with babies due around the same time. The first session will take place on a Saturday morning, with the remainder of the sessions taught on a Wednesday evening.

Booking includes:

Initial Consultation

An informal pre-course phone call for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and answer any questions.

Classes

Up to 12 hours of learning for both you and your partner, in a face-to-face intimate setting (maximum group size 8 couples).

Private Messaging

A safe and supportive private messaging service starting from session 1 right through to 6 weeks post-partum.

Group Chat

A group chat with other local parents from your course.

Snacks!

Complimentary freshly baked treats, tea, coffee, and soft drinks at every session.

Reunion

A class reunion when all the babies have been born.

Where are the classes held?

Our classes take place in the Old Town Hall, South Street, Seaford, BN25 1HP

When should I start classes?

Ideally you should be at 26-32 weeks of gestation at the start of the course. You should have completed the course before you reach 37 weeks gestation. Click here for our Course Schedule.

My friend is expecting too. Can we both come?

Yes! Bring a friend and you both get 15% off the booking fee.

I’m neurodiverse. Will I be comfortable?

Absolutely – the best thing to do is get in touch, and we can talk (or exchange emails, if that’s better for you) about what you need. Bespoke courses are available on request and can be delivered in a way which suits you.
